yeah, Quiet City is my favorite mumblecore film that isn’t Cold Weather and that’s only because Cold Weather is the same director & actors just a million times more mature. it’s just normal but interesting people having normal but interesting conversations with the raddest soundtrack + love affair + beautiful new york cinematography. also there’s no full frontal nudity which is always nice because mumblecore is generally impossible to watch with any other people in the room
